What is the Orthopedic Performance Screen?

The OPS analyzes 9 different fundamental movements and joint motions to to assess and grade your body mechanics.

Some of these movements include:
-Squat
-Jumping
-Push up
-Shoulder, hip and ankle range of motion

Initial 30 minute OPS includes testing, results explained and 4 week movement improvement program specific to highest risk injury movement
