Who We’re Looking For:

● Recent DPT graduate (0–2 years out) with strong clinical rotations in orthopedics or sports

medicine

● Undergraduate degree in Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology

● Client-facing experience in hospitality, retail, or other service-oriented roles

● Passionate communicator who builds trust and connection with clients

● Athlete-minded—someone who actively prioritizes their own health, training, and wellness

● Hungry to learn and grow, open to mentorship or apprenticeship in advanced performance-

based PT

● Excited to work outside the box—this is not traditional PT. You’ll be part of a team that has

developed proprietary assessments, treatments, and programming for a specialized clientele

● Comfortable learning advanced testing, including VO2 max testing, RMR (Resting Metabolic

Rate) testing, and our Movement Assessment Screening
